What actually
Nobody installs film for years without a job that needs a second visit. A contamination speck under a rear window, a wheel that develops a vibration after the first thousand miles, a coating that streaks on a panel that was not stripped hard enough. It happens, and the only thing that matters is what happens next.
Bring it back. Film problems are re-done, not argued about — the manufacturer warranty covers bubbling, peeling, cracking, and colour change, and it is registered in your name. Vibration gets re-balanced on the road-force machine at no charge. A coating that did not level right gets corrected and re-coated. If a wheel and tire setup we specified rubs or will not clear, we swap it and cover the freight, which is the whole point of putting a fitment guarantee in writing.
What we will not do is pretend a brush-wash scratch is a coating failure or that customer-supplied film is our material. Being clear about that up front is why the rest of it works.
