What we collect

When you submit the quote form we receive the fields you filled in: your name, phone number, email address, the vehicle you described, the services you selected, your message, and which page of this site you sent it from. Nothing on this site asks for a payment method, a driver's licence number, a VIN, or any government identifier, and you should not send those through the form.

If you call, text, or email instead, we hold whatever you chose to tell us in that conversation, in the shop's phone and email accounts.

Why we collect it

• To price the work and send you a written quote.
• To book, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• To reach you about your own vehicle while it is with us.
• To honour a warranty claim later, which means keeping a record of what was installed and when.

That is the whole list. We do not use your information to build an advertising profile, and we do not enrich it with data bought from anyone else.

What we never do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
• We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.
• We do not send automated follow-up campaigns if you decide not to book.
• We do not share your contact details with lead-generation services or other shops.

Who else touches it

This site is a static site hosted on Netlify, and form submissions are received and stored by Netlify Forms before they reach the shop. Netlify therefore processes your submission on our behalf, subject to its own terms and privacy commitments. Our email and phone providers similarly handle the messages you send us. Beyond those service providers, no third party receives your information, except where we are legally required to disclose it.

If we arrange financing at your request, you deal with the lender directly and provide your details to them, not to us. We never see or store a credit application.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site trackers. The interactive tools — the tint simulator, coverage selector, coating comparison, offset visualizer, tire calculator, and wrap picker — run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is transmitted to us or to anyone else, and nothing is saved between visits. The web fonts used for headings are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for the font file, including your IP address, the way any hosted asset would.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not turn into work are kept while they are still commercially useful and then discarded. Records tied to completed installations are kept for as long as the relevant warranty could be claimed, because we cannot honour a warranty we have no record of.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailinginfo@ascendcustoms.com or calling801-880-8380. Deletion requests are honoured except where we need a record to service an active warranty, and we will tell you if that is the case. If you would rather not send anything through a web form at all, call or text — a quote by phone works exactly the same way.

Children

This site is intended for vehicle owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version is posted here with a new date at the top. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to information already collected under an earlier version.
